Your role is pivotal in converting inquiries into loyal clients through exceptional customer service and operational support.
Responsibilities:
Set up prospect profiles in the CRM system.
Build rapport and strong professional relationships with interested prospects, acting on any sales opportunities.
Handle incoming inquiries and manage client bookings and consultation appointments.
Keep clients updated and in touch through all relationship-building checkpoints within the KD Trainer Training System.
Respond to and handle incoming client feedback alongside the team.
Liaise with clients regarding payments and general inquiries.
Update the Client Results wall, achievement board, and other relevant updates to keep the team and clients informed.
Organise client testimonials and marketing content.
Collaborate with other departments to organise social events for trainers and clients.
Build, enhance, and maintain the client experience with KD Trainer professionally.
Perform billing and administrative duties.
Handle the opening and closing of the workplace.
