Sales Support Admin Executive (Miri Hq)

Responsibilities:
Coordinate with lubricant suppliers & shipping companies via email, call, or fax.
Submit PO, track shipment status, & manage credit limits for smooth supplier approvals.
Ensure timely submission of shipping documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading) to the forwarder & monitor shipment schedules (ETA, ETB, ETD, etc.).
Follow up on SST payment to ensure it is made on time.
Update on lubricant status, upcoming containers, & pending POs.
Participate in the annual stock count.
