Sales Support Administrator

-Communicate professionally with customers regarding current promotions and product upgrades and new product launches.


-Follow up with clients to solicit further sales.


-Handles and responds to client enquiries efficiently and promptly.


-Follow up on every payment from the bank or customer upon invoice submission and update the account department upon receipt of payment.


-Works closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment in delivery of the marketing strategy.


-Generate regular sales reports and performance metrics.


-Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
