Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support & After-Sales Service:
Attend to customer and agent inquiries, assist with claims, nominations, and manage form submissions, schemes setup, invoices, commissions, and other operational tasks.
Administrative Support:
Handle general administrative duties, maintain files, manage correspondence, and assist with office management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Sales & Performance Tracking:
Develop dashboards, monitor sales trends, and prepare reports to provide insights for business development, driving continuous improvement and sales growth.
Collaboration with Departments:
Coordinate information and requirements between different departments, ensuring seamless work process flow.
Support the new business team with required data and resources.
Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management:
Maintain awareness of industry regulations, compliance risks, and emerging threats.
Take proactive steps to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to best practices in risk management.
General Support:
Support other business functions as needed, contributing to continuous improvement in operations.
What We're Looking For:
Recent Graduatewith an interest in sales support, customer service, and business administration.
Strong Communication Skills(written and verbal) to interact effectively with agents, customers, and internal teams.
Proactive, Detail-Oriented, and Organizedwith an eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
Proficiency in MS Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Team-Oriented Mindsetwith the ability to collaborate and contribute to various business functions.
