We have much room for improvement and many ideas that will further shape the industry.Ninja Freight Forwarding is the front office vertical which generates revenue through acquisition and retention of clients who require logistics service mainly in the B2B segment.As a Sales Support Associate in Ninja Freight, the incumbent will work with both our Sales team and our Operations team on the following:1. Follow up with clients with recurring shipments and assist with sales operations activities including but not limited to quotation, shipment confirmation, requirements gathering etc.2. Coordinate shipment details with our Operations team through information relay from our Shippers to our Internal Operations3. Maintain accurate and up to-date sales and shipment records4. Assist with quotation requests by following up and initiating these requests on the system5. Handle clients' feedbacks and complaints, escalating them whenever necessaryIncumbent will be a strong enabler for the Sales team by serving as a strong administrative layer between our clients & the organization, ensuring that our service and resolution speed is topnotch. Responsibilities Sysfreight logging; Create deals into Sysfreight with shipment details Quotation requests; Manage and follow up on quotation requests raised for the Sales team Daily clients engagement on shipment tracking Update shipment information and details into Sysfreight Assist with clients' enquiries and feedbacks through escalation or simple query of shipment Confirming shipments with clients & operations team Maintain and update CRM and internal shipper related database to ensure data hygiene and visibility for internal stakeholders Onboarding new clients and ensuring that new clients are onboarded with proper information Guide & Provide SOPs or next course of action for client to commence shipment Requirements Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in a sales support or coordinator role, with some knowledge of freight forwarding process A Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Logistics or any relevant field will be strongly advantageous. Possess positive and customer centric attitude when interacting with clients Proven ability to multi-task Experience dealing with Excel and data entry related work Ability to speak English, and added capabilities in Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu will be strongly beneficial
