Sales Support Coordinator

Responsibilities: Process and coordinate daily sales orders and delivery arrangements.Respond to customer enquiries, phone calls, requests, etc.Handle day to day sales administration operation related to after sales service.Prepare sales order, delivery order, sales invoice and related documentation as needed.Assist in monitoring payment collection.Generate sales reports, performance metrics, and sales forecasts in a timely manner for management review to aid in the decision-making process.Support other ad hoc assignments as required.Requirements: Computer literate in Microsoft office.Good communication skills.Accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.Required language(s) : Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
