JOB DESCRIPTIONS: Handle sales transactions, including processing orders, issuing invoices, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery.Respond to customer inquiries, complaints and claims promptly and professionally, providing effective solutions and maintaining customer satisfaction.Provide after-sales service, addressing any post-purchase concerns, coordinate repairs and replacements and ensure customer satisfaction.Actively engage with potential and existing customers, understand their needs and offer suitable furniture solutions from our collection.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Japanese suppliers, ensure smooth communication, coordinate product availability, pricing negotiations and resolving any issues.Stay updated on product knowledge, including the latest trends and features of our products, to effectively guide and advise customers.Communicate effectively in both English and Malay for internal coordination, including collaborating with team members and participating in meetings.Market analysis and supervise.Market planning and business development. REQUIREMENTS:Minimum Diploma in Business Study, Marketing or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or marketing in manufacturing industry.Fluent in both Malay and English (both oral and written).Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.Able to work independently with high level of initiative.Able to work under pressure.Past working experience in Furniture industry will be added advantage.Willing to work in Shah Alam.Attend to customer visits, exhibitions and other company events.Able to start work immediately will be added advantage.
