Sales Support/Customer Service Executive

Job Description: To assist sales team in responding to customers inquiries, including sample arrangements, preparation of quotations, complaints and etc Work closely with the sales and marketing personnel to prepare sales forecast, conduct market survey, and sales related matters.Assist sales team to prepare marketing tools and administrative work ( accommodation , flight booking and etc)Work closely with Supply chain team to manage orders and ensuring on time deliveryFollow up and work to continuously improve all shipping, receiving, and inventory responsibilities and dutiesEnsure compliance to company policies pertaining to methods, procedure, records, report conduct and etcTaking initiative to better themselves in the task they are performing.Requirements: Candidate must possess at least degree in science , Business Studies/Administration /Management, supply chain or equivalent fieldAt least 2-3Years of working experience is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin(We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients).Required Skill(s): MS office, auto count
