Main role:
Responsible in processing sales and market products to customers, attend to customers in
front line, help Sales Consultants to process their orders and attend to their inquiries in
backend to better solve the customers' outstanding issues. Meanwhile, communicate
effectively within own department and other department to build better working
environment.
Customer support through phone calls. Assist customers to help them order what they need.Attend to customers/Sales Team inquiries, e.g. reply emails and text messages.Closely monitor Customer Aging. Chase payment. Process payments.Verify customer aging records then only approve for invoicing.Ensure stock availability by closely monitor inventory level to better accommodate customers' needs.Provide customers with information on pricing and product availability.Liaise with internal parties for goods delivery urgency.Handle customers complaints with care and help to resolve their problem follow company Vision, Mission and Core Value guideline.Liaise with external parties to deal all Sales related matters.Handle all Sales related documentation.Participate in company events, projects and activities.Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Perform any other expressed or implied duties required by the superior. Requirement:
SPM, STPM or higher level. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
Able to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Positive thinking, dynamic and results-oriented.
Excellent numerical skills, good working knowledge of computer systems relevant
to the role.
Team player, outstanding interpersonal skills.
Good communication skills.
