MAKEEN ENERGY MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a talented and driven Sales Support to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
What you'll be doing PromotionInvolved in trade shows and seminars to promote products.Planned, visit, proposed and sales of LPG filling equipment which meet customer needs.Diagnosed problems with installed equipment and advised customers on new developments.Recommended improved materials and machinery to customers, documenting how such changes will lower costs, manpower, and increase production.2. Sales Lead Generation & Initial Inquiry: Identify and qualify new leads through networking and research.Develop Technical and Commercial Proposals: Create comprehensive proposals addressing client specifications.Proposal Development: Coordinate internal reviews of proposals to ensure accuracy and completeness.Client Negotiation & Customization: Engage clients in discussions to tailor offerings to their needs.Secured and renewed orders: Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.Final Approval & Contract Signing: Facilitate the contract signing process, ensuring all terms are clear.Update Contract: Revise contracts as necessary based on project changes or amendments.Project Handover to Operations: Ensure all relevant documentation is provided to the operations team.After-Sales Support: Provide ongoing support to clients post-purchase, addressing any issues that arise.Follow-Up on Leads: Regularly check in with potential clients to maintain engagement.Track Sales Leads and Customer Interactions: Utilize CRM tools to monitor lead status and interactions.Customer Inquiries and Support: Address customer queries promptly to maintain satisfaction.Coordinate cross-functional teams to address client requirements effectively.3. Agency Identifies resale opportunities and supports local agents in maximizing sales potential.Collaborated with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide tailored support.Provided technical and non-technical support to clients and staff members, including troubleshooting.Kept informed on industry news, trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to stay competitive.4. Sales Analysis Maintaining sales forecasting report: Analyze past sales data to predict future sales trends.Developed product-specific training for clients to maximize equipment use.Created sales and service contracts to formalize agreements with clients.5. Additional task Planned, visited, proposed, and sold LPG filling equipment tailored to customer needs.Others as assigned by Superior, adapting to business needs as they arise. What we're looking for: Possess bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.At least 3-5 years in a sales support or customer-facing role, preferably within technical sales or LPG/industrial equipment sales.Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both verbal and writtenProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Customer-centric mindset and a desire to contribute to the success of the sales teamAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectivelyProficiency in Chinese and English is preferred to facilitate effective communication with diverse clients.Familiarity with CRM software and basic understanding of technical equipment.Strong communication skills, with an ability to engage effectively with clients and collaborate within a team.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely support and follow-up to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.Proactive in troubleshooting customer issues and providing solutions that align with customer needs and product specifications.Willingness to travel locally or regionally as needed to support sales activities and client meetings.Male candidates are preferred due to job-related travel requirements.
