What will you do on your journey with WebBeds?
WebBeds is the world's fastest growing provider of accommodation distribution services to the travel industry. Our products incorporate distribution APIs, payment integrations, ERP integration, Data Lakes, User Interfaces, and others. Our search API reach peaks of more than 50.000 requests per second, each one consisting of tens or hundreds of hotels, with continued expansion.

In this role you will:
We are looking for the right candidate to join us fast growing and dynamic family in Malaysia. The candidate will be working in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and will gain experience of transformed travel technology and the exposure of working closely with the APAC Leadership team as well as our offices in the APAC region.

Key elements to this role include, but not limited to:
Maintaining an accessible and organized filing system for sales and administrative professionals.
Handling all administrative duties for Sales department or team.
To handle customer escalation & complaints and work closely with related department for the customer satisfaction.
Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes, providing customer training and troubleshooting assistance for system usage, account statuses, and other problems.
To coordinate with sales manager on sales leads, enquiries or any administrative task.
To be assigned with special tasks on an ad-hoc basis should there's need arises.
Collaborate effectively with the sales manager to ensure sales team is on track to meet month-end goals and share innovative lead generating ideas.
Assist in the preparation and generation of sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
Maintain inventory of sales materials, collateral, and promotional items, and coordinate their distribution as needed.
The skills we would love to see in your suitcase!
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in tourism management or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within a sales or customer service environment.
Familiarity with sales processes and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
Strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond to support the sales team and achieve sales targets.
Knowledge of the industry or market in which the company operates is beneficial.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
