Sales Support ( Mandarin Speaker )

JOB DESCRIPTION
Process incoming orders for customized furniture projects accurately and efficiently. Review order details, specifications, and customer requirements to ensure clarity and accuracy. Communicate with sales personnel and/or clients to clarify any discrepancies or gather additional information related to their orders to ensure order accuracy. Coordinate with the production team to schedule and prioritize orders based on deadlines and capacity. Monitor order progress and address any issues or delays that may arise. Liaise with internal departments, such as design, production, and logistics, to ensure smooth order execution. Maintain accurate records of all orders, including relevant documents and communication. Provide timely updates to sales personnel, and/or clients on the status of their orders and resolve any inquiries or concerns they may have. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a diploma or degree in in furniture design or related field. Ability to read and write Mandarin is an added advantage. Proficiency in using order management software and other relevant computer programs Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately process customer orders. Familiarity with customized furniture manufacturing processes and materials. Ability to work collaboratively with different teams, including sales, production, and logistics Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer issues or inquiries related to order processing Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong customer service orientation and commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
