Company OverviewWe are partnering with a solar energy business in tandem with the Malaysian government's strategies and initiatives to focus on renewable energy (RE) as an alternative electricity generation source and to reduce reliance on coal in the future.Job Description:Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.Lead client presentations and consultancy during business development stages.Attend site surveys to examine solar photovoltaic (PV) project feasibility and provide the Engineering team with relevant information for PV system design and layout drawing.Execute marketing and branding activities such as preparing sales kits, contributing to online and print advertising, and participating in exhibitions, roadshows, and seminars.Undertake other sales, marketing, and business development duties specified by Management from time to time.Requirements to Succeed:Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in marketing or business related.Able to work independently with minimum supervision.Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.Must have 3-4 years of solar renewable energy experience.Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.Passionate and in-depth knowledge of the Renewable Energy Industry.Proactive, driven, creative, and passionate about green technologies.Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.Strong business sense and industry expertise.Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.Proficient in major languages with effective speaking and writing skills.Possess own vehicle and be willing to travel for work.To Apply:If you are interested in this role, click 'apply now' to submit your resume ****** .
