About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join0Carbonas aTeam Lead for our Inbound Sales Call Centre , based inMid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur .
This hybrid role offers flexibility to work both on-site and remotely.
As the Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting a team of sales agents, ensuring they deliver an exceptional customer experience and exceed sales targets.
Additionally, you will contribute directly to sales targets while building and mentoring a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Mentor:Coach, motivate, and develop a team of inbound sales agents, helping them achieve and exceed sales targets.
Performance Management:Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
Team Development:Identify training needs and coordinate relevant programs to ensure your team is equipped to succeed.
Sales Contribution:Manage your own inbound leads, contributing directly to team sales goals and using your experience to drive results.
Collaboration:Liaise with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and help drive the overall strategy of the sales call centre.
HubSpot CRM:Use your knowledge of CRM tools likeHubSpotto manage leads, track team performance, and optimize the sales process.
Foster Team Culture:Create a positive, collaborative environment where agents feel supported and motivated to excel.
What We're Looking For:
Proven Leadership Experience:Significant experience in a call centre or sales environment, with a track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
HubSpot Expertise:Proficiency in using HubSpot or similar CRM software to manage leads and monitor performance.
Strong Communication Skills:Ability to inspire, motivate, and provide constructive feedback to your team.
Sales Strategy Expertise:Deep understanding of inbound sales processes and best practices, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Customer-Centric Approach:Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring a seamless journey for our clients.
