**The position can be transferred to the U.S. or Europe in future developments**- To manage sales staff in European and American markets;- Evaluate opportunities for partnership.- Research, Design, Identify, Establish, Implement, and Nurture business strategies, account plans, roadmap, and procedures with partners that drive supply growth.- Negotiate and bring deals to completion with key stakeholders.- Collaborate with other internal leaders and executive team members to define, actualize and evaluate business model as per strategic goals.- Track and analyze the performance of key partnerships against the goals and KPIs of the partnership.- Support the deal process from relationship building to due diligence, contract negotiation and pos signing.- Work with technology, marketing teams to drive successful outcomes.- Perform other duties as assigned.Must have good business acumen, be able to demonstrate knowledge in business strategy.Pioneer, flexibility, critical thinking and problem solving skills are characteristics we are looking for.
