Responsibilities:
Schedule and manage customer appointments to discuss project requirements.
Maintain a professional demeanor while addressing customer inquiries and requests.
Product Demonstration(After Customer Appointment)
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of security systems.
Provide hands-on explanations of CCTV, access control, alarms, or other products as per customer needs.
Address customer queries during the demonstration to ensure product understanding.
Site Visits:
Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and gather necessary details.
Collaborate with customers and team members to understand project specifications.
Project Drawings:
Assist in preparing or reviewing project drawings to ensure alignment with customer needs.
Work closely with the technical team to finalize project designs.
Price Quotation:
Prepare detailed price lists and quotations based on customer requirements.
Ensure accuracy and transparency in pricing to build trust with customers.
Quotation and Payment Management:
Present and explain quotations to customers, addressing any questions or concerns.
Follow up on payment collection and ensure timely processing of invoices.
Material Coordination:
Oversee the procurement of materials needed for each project.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials to the site.
Work with the installation team to ensure projects are completed according to customer expectations.
Monitor installation progress and address any challenges that arise on-site.
Requirements:
Education:Minimum of a high school diploma; experience in sales or security systems is a plus.
Experience:Prior experience in sales or project coordination in a technical field is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and appointments.
Basic knowledge of security systems, access control, or CCTV, ALARM, AUTOGATE, ELECTRICAL FENCE, AUTODOOR, DOOR ACCESS is an advantage.
Familiarity with preparing quotations and handling pricing discussions.
Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
