Sap Bw/ Bo, Senior Consultant

Responsibilities:
For production support, the consultants are responsible for carrying out defect rectifications to solve BI problems in the production system.
Incidence Analysis
Defect Rectifications
Process Chain Monitoring:
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly process chain.
Troubleshoot all issues or errors occurring during monitoring shifts.
Resolve issues related to process chain:
Resolving from BW side
Escalate if it involves other parties
Process chain re-alignment
Process chain housekeeping
Change Request (CR): For CR, the following activities will be performed where required:
Requirement Study
Design Specifications for BO
BO Development
Technical Specifications for BW and ETL Development
System Configuration (BW & BO)
ETL Development
BW Development
Testing – Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (User Acceptance Test will be performed by user)
End User Training – if required
Experiences and Skillsets:
More than 10 years of experience in BW / BO.
More than 5 project cycles completed.
Core Expertise:BW 7.0 – 7.4, BO Enterprise XI 3.1 – 4.2, BO Xcelsius 2008, WebI, Lumira 1.3.12.
Experience migrating BO from XIR2 to BO 4.0.
Experience supporting clients under the Power and Utilities industries would be an added advantage.
Salary:RM 10,000 - 11,500
