Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled SAP CRM Consultant to join our team.
This role will focus on providing functional expertise in SAP CRM modules for operational Change Requests.
You will work closely with the Business Process Owner and the client to ensure smooth coordination, effective solution delivery, and status reporting.
This is a key position to drive successful change management within the SAP CRM space.
Key Responsibilities: Status Reporting: Coordinate and prepare regular status reports for the Functional team, identifying critical information that requires attention from the client's management. Functional Advisory: Provide expert functional advice on SAP CRM modules, particularly related to operational Change Requests, and validate them with the Business Process Owner. Delivery & Prioritization: Review and discuss delivery issues, prioritizing improvement activities for the functional scope in collaboration with the client. Documentation & Testing: Develop and update Functional Design (FD) documents and conduct Development Acceptance Testing (DAT) for all in-scope Operational Change Requests. Solutioning: Deliver functional solutions for operational Change Requests, ensuring that they align with business needs and validating them with the Business Process Owner. Required Skills and Experience: SAP CRM for Utilities: Intermediate-level knowledge and experience in SAP CRM for Utilities modules. Configuration & Release Management: Basic experience with Configuration & Release Management (Beginner level). Functional Expertise: Strong expertise in SAP CRM and business processes, particularly related to handling operational change requests. Communication Skills: Proficiency in English (Elementary level - A1), with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Testing & Documentation: Ability to create/update Functional Design documents and conduct Development Acceptance Testing (DAT) for change requests. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP CRM. English proficiency at an A1 - Elementary level or higher. SAP certifications in CRM or related fields are a plus.
