Job Description We are seeking a knowledgeable SAP FICO Consultant to join our consultancy company based in Bukit Jalil, Malaysia.
This role will involve implementing and supporting the SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) module, particularly for clients in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP FICO processes, a keen understanding of financial operations in the F&B sector, and the ability to deliver effective solutions tailored to client needs.
Lead the implementation and configuration of the SAP FICO module for clients in the F&B industry, ensuring alignment with their financial requirements and business processes.
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze financial processes, and design effective SAP FICO solutions.
Manage key financial activities, including general ledger accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, and controlling functionalities.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO issues, ensuring smooth and efficient financial operations.
Conduct user training sessions and develop comprehensive documentation to facilitate user adoption of SAP FICO solutions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD).
Participate in system testing, go-live, and post-go-live support to ensure successful project execution.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within financial operations and recommend best practices specific to the F&B industry.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, with expertise in implementation and support.
Strong knowledge of SAP FICO processes, including financial accounting, controlling, and integration with other modules.
Experience working with clients in the Food & Beverage industry is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues within the SAP FICO module.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
Proficiency in English is required.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, demonstrating flexibility in meeting client needs.
