At least 5 years in SAP ISU Billing with experience in end-to-end implementations.
Experienced in preparation of business blueprints, business process plan (BPP), functional documents, and test cases.
Understand de-regulated and regulated utility market environment, meter to cash process.
Good understanding of Billing and Invoicing modules in SAP ISU such as Rate Structure Design (Billing Schemas, Rate determination, Rate, Custom Billing variants), Outsorting Enhancements, Billing enhancements, Invoicing enhancements, FQ Events enhancements, Joint Invoicing.
Good understanding on bill prints processes and experienced in designing Print Workbench for bill print.
Good understanding on Manual Billing.
Understanding of the meter reads process and meter read estimation process.
Experienced in TOU billing, RTP billing configurations.
Understanding of the SAP ISU AMI Smart Metering processes and Interval Billing MDUS processes.
Experienced in Installation Group billing configuration in SAP ISU.
Experienced in Dynamic Period Control configurations in SAP ISU Billing.
Understands configuration dependencies and inter-relationships between other modules of SAP ISU such as Device Management, CS/CRM, FICA.
Experienced with 3rd party integrations through SAP PI & ABAP Proxy, archiving, batch jobs, and reports for SAP ISU.
Defines test scenarios to cover full scope of the business as well as creating master data and carry out the unit, cycle and integration tests.
Possesses good communication skills (business communication skills).
Strong communication skills, demonstrating skills in sharing and explaining complex concepts, creative and pro-active thinking, and situational adaptation of these skills.
Ability to perform debugging in ABAP will be an added advantage.
