Sap Lead : Finance

Responsible for design, implementation, of SAP S/4Hana FICO module.
Lead SAP S/4Hana FICO project initiatives, including planning, scoping, timeline management and resource allocation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (finance, controlling, MM, SD, PM , etc.) to ensure alignment on project goals and milestones.
Collaborate with finance and business teams to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and recommend SAP S/4 Hana FICO solutions.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and responsible for development and configuration.
Develop training materials and conduct workshops for end-users
Create, maintain, and update process documentation, procedures, and technical configuration for SAP S/4Hana FICO.
Conduct testing for S/4Hana FICO processes (unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing) and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Develop and manage financial reports and dashboards in SAP, providing key financial data and insights to stakeholders.
Implementation Experience of S/4 Hana is must ( 2-3 Implementation)
Overall, 10-12 years of experience in SAP.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
