Job Description Coordinate with engineering leads to set up and track project milestones.Responsible for the technical components of the project, as well as attending project meetings to provide project status updates and manage deliverables.Oversee and manage project funding, budget adjustments and financial tracking.Monitor key project milestones, manage project plans, budgets and resources.Ensure all project documentation are up-to-date and stored properly.Liaise with product managers from different business units to develop new features and provide support.Work closely with the Global Head of PMO in budget forecasting and invoice reconcilliationResponsible for managing project resources, overseeing the end-to-end project delivery.Manage project risks and esclatate issues when necessary. Job Requirements At least 5-7 years of experience in managing SAP supply chain module projects. with minimum experience of 2 full-cycle projects. Mandatory experience in SAP supply chain. Experience in SAP WM, OM, SD will be an added advantage.Excellent communication with IT and business stakeholdersAble to manage complex cross-functional programs and dependencies.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Familiar with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)Skilled in PowerPoint, Keynote, Word, Excel, JIRA and Confluence.
