Regional first point of contact for SAP SuccessFactors suite, specifically to our internal PERI customers of APAC region.
Your core tasks and responsibilities include:
Data Management:help data owners to manage data, including importing and exporting
Troubleshooting:autonomously diagnose and resolve technical challenges and issues
Report Generation:generate custom reports and analyse data for decision-making purposes; create KPIs and dashboards to support global stakeholders and assist users to rectify issues for better data quality
Training and Support:provide training and on-going support to diverse stakeholders
Monitor system and processes:oversee processes, monitor performance, provide suggestions and feedback for existing modules to enhance value for users
Analytical skills:ability to analyse specific needs of users, highlighting common issues and their solutions with maintenance of the system
User Access management:manage user access, permissions, ensuring users have access as per their role and responsibilities
What you'll need to be successful:Degree / Education in IT, Business Administration or alike
Very good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules and functionality
Having 2-5 years of working experience
Intercultural competence
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Technical skills
Fluency in English
