Scrub Technician (Orthopedic Implant) (Klang Valley / Johor)

We are seeking a skilled and dedicatedScrub Technicianto join our dynamic team.
Salary:from RM2500 and above
Responsibilities:
Assist surgeons during procedures by providing sterile instruments and equipment.
Prepare the operating room, ensuring all instruments and supplies are sterile and ready for use.
Maintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
Prepare and rearrange orthopedic implant-related sets for end users and handle returns.
Attend and assist in orthopedic implant cases and surgeries.
Assist in setting up and dismantling surgical equipment after procedures.
Ensure the accurate handling and tracking of instruments and supplies during surgery.
Work collaboratively with the surgical team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Certification or diploma in surgical technology / Biotechnology/ Bioscience/Nursing (preferred).
Experience in an operating room as a scrub technician or OT nurse (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Possess a driving license, interpersonal competence, and good communication skills.
Must be able to travel.
