What You'll Do The SEA Career Development (CD) Specialist plays an integral role in the Southeast Asia People Team and is essential to efforts to develop and strengthen our consulting talent pool.
The Specialist works in a close-knit team environment to drive the day-to-day operations of the career development process for the consulting team and contribute to initiatives to enhance process efficiency and impact.
This includes playing an instrumental role in ensuring successful change management and adoption of a new CD Management system being implemented.The SEA CD Specialist will work closely with a variety of key stakeholders, including the Consulting Team, broader HR team in Southeast Asia, Asia-Pacific and Global, and key Managing Director & Partner stakeholders.
