WHAT YOU'LL DO The SEA Marketing Assistant will contribute to existing programs while assisting the function with the development of new initiatives, working closely with team members.
Scope of work includes but not limited to: Supporting the maintenance of internal tools, including Marketing databases, trackers, contact directory and other relevant platforms Compiling media clippings and working with the agency to monitor, track and update team and stakeholders; analyzing overall marketing performance based on collated data.
Coordinate the production of the internal quarterly newsletter Assisting with event management when the need arises Sourcing, and maintaining the Marketing inventory and vendor liaison Assisting with digital marketing initiatives, such as management of social media and agency, tracking and analysis of social media performances as well as email marketing The Marketing team strategizes and executes all branding and marketing activities.
This includes managing media relations, facilitating strategic partnerships, creating platforms, and organizing events for sharing BCG's thought leadership, and managing BCG's marketing database.
BCG serves SEA from its six offices in the region – Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh City and Manila.
This position is part of the Southeast Asia Marketing Team and reports directly to the SEA Marketing Director.
This role includes working closely with the SEA Partner Group as well as BCG's regional and global Marketing teams.
YOU'RE GOOD AT Data collection and management, ability to organize information for dissemination to the Partner group and other stakeholders Multi-tasking, with the ability to focus on several deliverables at once but equipped with the understanding on how to prioritize tasks: Planning ahead and keeping the team updated throughout projects Writing for different mediums e.g.
social media captions, internal newsletters to showcase our Marketing initiatives Aptitude for social media and marketing campaign management will be an advantage An interest or the ability to learn the application of CRM software and tools, e.g.
data cleaning, email marketing YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) Strong oral and written communication skills, along with the ability to interpret and present information Clarity, tact, professionalism and maturity in both verbal and written communication Equipped with organizational and project management skills combined with an ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced and demanding environment Proactive, resilient, eager to learn with a can-do attitude.
Strong attention to detail, accurate and thorough Bilingual fluency or business-level proficiency in English required Experience in event management, data collation, business writing skills with a solid grasp of traditional and digital media knowledge, with 1-2 years of prior work experience YOU'LL WORK WITH BCG's marketing team drives the firm's reputation as a thought leader.
