Your day-to-day tasks will revolve around the following key themes:Insights and data:Work closely with the regional CMI counterparts along with the category execution teams in each market to develop actionable insights.Portfolio Management:Guide in-market category execution teams to maximize growth and profitability potential.Innovation Development:Lead regional innovation projects from inception to execution while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.Additional learning opportunities:Engage in marketing projects and conversations around the latest skills and trends.WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEEDExperiences & QualificationsMinimum Bachelor's degree (preferably in marketing & brand management).2 to 3 years experience in marketing and brand management / portfolio & innovation development.Preferably in the consumer goods industry.Available to commence and to start immediately.SkillsMedium level understanding of Marketing fundamentals.Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment.Good cross-functional stakeholder communication skills.LeadershipResponsible for delivering high standards of work and focusing on the Consumer's needs.Engage and collaborate with others for better results.Unilever embraces diversity and encourages applicants from all walks of life!
