### Job Description

UEM Sunrise Berhad, a leader in sustainable property development, is looking for a motivated and proactive **Administrative Assistant** to join our team remotely. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to begin their careers in administration while supporting a company committed to environmental responsibility and sustainability.

#### **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Administrative Support:** Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and maintaining filing systems to ensure smooth operation.
- **Communication:** Facilitate communication among team members by coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes to ensure all stakeholders are informed.
- **Data Entry and Management:** Input and manage data in various systems and databases; ensure accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- **Document Preparation:** Create, format, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations to support internal and external communication.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to complete projects and assignments, demonstrating effective cooperation and teamwork.
- **Customer Service:** Act as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing information about company services and projects.
- **Personal Development:** Engage in training and development opportunities to enhance administrative skills and stay updated with industry best practices.

#### **Requirements:**

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business administration or related field is a plus.
- **Experience:** No prior experience is necessary; however, internships or volunteer experience in administrative roles will be advantageous.
