Position:PA, EA & Secretarial (Administration & Office Support)
Employment Type:Full time
Responsibilities:Manage daily agendas including meeting schedules, appointments, and calendars.
Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
Take notes and prepare minutes for weekly, monthly, or quarterly meetings.
Safeguard confidential documents.
Record and manage the submission of claims.
Assist in other administrative tasks as required.
Key Requirements:At least a Diploma or equivalent in Business Studies / Administration / Management or other related field.
Minimum of 1 year work experience as a personal assistant preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and English.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
