Secretary to General Manager, Strategic ManagementFull time
Responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager, Strategic Management and other matters related to Corporate Development & Strategic Management Division.
Create and organize information and generate references.
Answer and respond to email, messages and other correspondence tools for easy use.
Assist reading incoming correspondence for the initiation of communication and discussion.
Assist in producing reports and management papers by formatting, editing and adding the date, graphics, etc. to the draft documents.
Prepare appointment arrangements and schedules for the division's main functions.
Maintain the General Manager's diaries and calendar for meetings, conferences, travel, etc.
Manage a busy calendar, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.
Professionally greet and receive guests and clients.
Maintain a proper filing system and correspondences for easy retrieval.
Assist and support all managers and staff in the division and other administrative needs as instructed by the General Manager.
Qualifications
Possess Diploma/Degree in Secretarial Science/Office Management or its equivalent.
Additional Qualifications / Skills
Minimum 5-7 years' experience in a similar capacity.
Communication skills including Microsoft Office.
Communication skills with all levels of officers.
Teamwork.
Pleasant personality.
