About the Client Our client is a Japanese multinational automobile manufacturer and is also one of the largest automobile manufacturers in the world.
Job Responsibilities Schedule meetings, events and appointments.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other documentation as required.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
Develop and maintain filing system.
Maintain confidential department files/records.
Prepare and edit reports, memos, and presentations.
Handle other administration duties.
Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
Job Requirements Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a secretarial role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software applications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Highly detailed-oriented and organized.
Able to communicate in Mandarin.
Able to travel for meetings.
