Security Guard

Responsibilities: Patrolling: Topatrolling at assigned area, checking for suspicious activity orpotential security threats.Access Control:Responsible for controlling access to an area or building, ensuringonly authorized personnel are allowedentry.Surveillance: To monitor surveillanceequipment, such as CCTV cameras to identify potential securityrisks.Reporting: To maintain detailed recordsand reports related to security operations and incidents, includingdaily activity logs, and shiftreports.Customer Service: Responsible forproviding customer service to visitors and employees, includinganswering questions and directing them to the appropriateareas.Equipment Maintenance: T0 ensure thatall security equipment, such as cameras, alarms, and access controlsystems, are properly maintained and in good workingcondition.Emergency Response: In case of anemergency or security breach, security guards must take immediateaction to ensure the safety of people and property, such as callingfor assistance, or evacuating thearea.Following Policies and Procedures: Tofollow the organization's policies and procedures related tosecurity operations.Training: To attendtraining sessions to improve their knowledge and skills related tosecurity operations.Any otherduties/responsibilities that may be assigned by SecuritySupervsior.
