JOB DESCRIPTION: Possess the experience to handle full set of Companies' accounts and handle subordinates for the checking tasks on all Accounts area of works are if done in good order before pass to HOD for final review & get approval as listed below:-
Be able to supervise & give guidance to subordinatemonthly journal entries and monthly analysis of accounts and other ad-hoc sub schedules & reportsMaintain accurate record of income and expenses reports.Ensure month-end closing management Accounts & sub-reports are update to date and completed on time to meet deadlineMonitor Inter-companies billing and reconciliation of balances are done up to date.Prepare Bank reconciliation by monthly & daily , Check and ensure the daily sales collection amount generated from Outlet branches and companies are ties with the daily bank receipt transaction amount, to avoid any discrepancies of the Daily Sales collections amount compared between the collection reports/ Bank In slips against the bank statement.Check Bank Vouchers against supporting Documents for approved Payments made via Online transfer, cheque issuance & bank payment transfer forms preparation are all in proper and correct.Check Petty Cash Voucher against supporting Documents claim submission before get approval on the float reimbursement and payment processing.Monitor AR & AP area of works, Checking statement of accounts & preparing monthly Aging reports for marketing meeting.Ensure up to date filing of all accounting documents and records.Prepare estimate tax computation based on both Current month closing figure for the revised CP204A and based on month-end or final Year end closing financial statements before send for Audit conduct and tax submission.Liaise with Banker for all the banking mattersLiaise with Auditors and Tax agent for all the financial year Account auditing and tax mattersLiaise with Company Secretary for the Corporate Statutory mattersLiaise with clients & suppliers in relation to the Account/Finance transactions on the consignment, outright, wholesales deals with external parties or within the affiliate companies.Handle Ad-hoc Assignments as and when required. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum LCCI qualification or its equivalentRequired skill(s): MS Excel, Word & Accounting software knowledgePossess good working attitude, self-initiative, independent and fast leaner.Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & MandarinMin 4 year(s) above of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Executives specializing in Finance – Book Keeping or equivalent.
