Senior Account Executive

Job Responsibilities: Prepare weekly cash flow report to be presented to directorDevelop and manage daily, weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts to ensure the company meets its operational and liquidity needs.Analyze financial data to project future financial performance, including revenues, expenses, and cash flows.Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.Assist in accounting activities include general accounting, account receivable, account payable.Perform data entry & documents filling and maintaining documents.Monitoring & managing cash flow to ensure adequate funds are availableAssist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.To monitor/Collection outstanding paymentPerforming other relevant duties when requiredExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required); professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is preferred.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.Knowledge of financial forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management are added bonusExcellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Required languages: English & Mandarin
