Senior Account Executive

Job DescriptionsFinancial Report Management (Consolidating Report)Manage month end closing and reporting process for the Group.
Work closely with all subsidiaries to ensure timely and quality reporting of monthly financials.
Consolidate and prepare monthly Group management performance report (MPR) and any other financial reports, ensuring timely submission and compliance with relevant group accounting policies, MFRSs and other requirements.
Prepare Quarterly Financial Results Report for Board of Directors' approval and submission to Bursa Malaysia.
Primary user of financial consolidation system - Maintain and ensure integrity and accuracy of data and participate in the improvement/enhancement of existing reports in the systems.
Prepare the Company's annual budget and business plan, and consolidate annual budget for the Group.
Provide support on the maintenance and preparation of the company's or any assigned subsidiaries' financial statement.Tax MattersPrepare the Company's tax computation and filing, ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations.Assist in managing the audit process & establishing/updating policiesLiaise with auditors and assist in managing the audit process for the Company and the Group.
Assist in establishing and updating policies, procedures and operating manuals, ensuring continuous improvement in work efficiencies and processes.Perform other ad-hoc assignments as and when required by management.
Job RequirementsCandidate must possess Degree in Accounting/Finance and/or professional qualification in ACCA/ICAEW/CPA/CIMA, or equivalent, and preferably a member of MIA.
At least 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably with audit or group consolidation experience.
Experience in financial consolidation system is an added advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
