Requirements:Minimum Diploma in Accountancy/LCCI/CAT or related qualifications.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in accountancy / audit firm / construction / property development company.
Knowledge in Autocount Accounting Software and Autocount Payroll would be an added advantage.
Must be computer literate – Microsoft Excel & Word.
Self-Discipline, Proactive and Willing to learn.
Job Responsibilities:Able to perform daily accounting functions such as preparing payment vouchers, recording/reconciling accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset listings, general ledger and related tasks.
Ensure completeness of records against postings made into the accounting system.
Handle filing, project documentation and accounting records.
Record petty cash claims, perform monthly bank reconciliations, prepare monthly financial statements, prepare ad-hoc project costing reports and highlight any key variances/discrepancies to senior management.
Handle any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
Able to work independently, possess good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
