We are searching for the perfect candidate to join our Malaysia team. The candidate will work directly with Cezars Kitchen office team both in Malaysia and Japan. Essential Functions: Individuals who meet the following expectations will be contacted for an interview:
Experienced in handling Full set of Accounts (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Asset)Ensure smooth delivery of Finance transactions which includes timely processing of invoices, review and resolve any discrepancies arising from AP matching from supplierFollow up on Credit Note and Amended Invoice issued by suppliersFollow up on any discrepancies arise during month end closeTimely arrange AP Payments in accordance with payment timetable and company's procedure and policiesEnsure that all suppliers are paid according to the agreed terms and as per company's policies and procedures.Review and reconcile payment batch against vendors report/ bank statements/ GL reportsAttend to accounts payable queries from employees and suppliersAssist in month end closing- perform AP/GL reconciliation and other reports as per company's policiesAssist in audit mattersPerform other duties as and when delegated: ie support with researching new products, equipment and any other research needs that arise from time to time, update order sheets as well as ensuring a good communication with Supply Chain DepartmentCommunication: Respond to all emails within 24 business hours.Passionate about food! You'll be working in an environment that value healthy cooking; made from scratch!Possess 3 years of experience handling full set of accountsPossess at least Degree in accounting or equivalent fieldProficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel and WordPossess knowledge in using Xero software is an added advantage The right candidate will have the skill set:
