Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities - Handle the preparation of GL full set of accounts.
- Handle the preparation of monthly management accounts and submit management report to Managing Director.
- Responsible in preparation of Audit Schedules and Tax schedules.
- Preparation of monthly financial statements .
- Maintaining, preparing & monitoring aging receivable & payable reports as well as follow-up for payment.
- Backup the accounting & billing system.
- In Charge of PAYROLL.
- Experience in handling manufacturing account.
Requirements - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum experience required.
- Possess high degree of self-motivation, be result-oriented and able to work independently.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of SQL system, MS Excel and Word
