Senior Account & Finance Officer

Embark on a dynamic journey in skin care, cosmetic, personal care, household care, FandB distribution and marketing industry as our Senior Account and Finance Officer. The Account and Finance Officer will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the organization. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Financial Transactions:



-Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.


-Monthly financial statements that include monthly cash flow, cash flow year-to-date, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.

Compliance:



-Handling taxation and statutory accounts; liaising with the external auditors and tax agent.


-Assist monthly Payroll, EPF, Socso, EIS.

Strategic Financial Management:



-Formulating long-term financial strategies that align with the company's business objectives, goals, and growth plans.


-Development of financial forecasts and budgets

; Requirements:-


-Minimum of Diploma in Accounting or Finance.


-2 - 3 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles.


-Proficient in accounting software (SQL) or other accounting software and microsoft office (excel, word, powerpoint).


-Good written and verbal communication skills in English.


-Knowledge and experience with payroll processing and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, PCB).


-Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
