Job Description: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records in accordance with GAAP and internal policies.
Process and record day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense reimbursements.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes including issuing of tax invoices to customers, ensuring timely payments and collections Oversee general ledger entries, ensure timely reconciliations, and identify discrepancies for resolution.
Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring all financial activities are completed accurately and timely.
Assist Financial Controller in monthly reporting and weekly cash flow Assist in the annual budget preparation and regular forecasting processes, providing insights into financial performance.
Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies, facilitating audits and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Support the implementation of E-invoice and reporting to Inland Revenue Board (IRB) Requirements Diploma and above or ACCA equivalent.
5+ years of full set accounting & management reporting experience.
1-2 years experience in payroll processing Fluent in English Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and financial regulations.
Experience with accounting software (experience with Navision or similar ERP systems preferred).
Knowledgeable in use of Ms Office application, especially Excel Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across departments.
CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
