Responsibilities:
Manage and execute the fullRTRcycle, includingmonth-end close ,general ledgerreconciliation,journal entries , and financial reporting.
Analyze and interpret complex financial data, identifying trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
Oversee and review the preparation of financial statements and other management reports in accordance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
Ensure timely and accurate posting of financial data, maintaining data integrity within the ERP system (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Collaborate with other departments and regional offices to ensure efficient processes and adherence to deadlines.
Support internal controls, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Provide valuable input for audits, leveraging audit experience to ensure accurate and thorough documentation of financial transactions.
The Successful Applicant:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, etc.) is required.
4-7 years of experience in GL accounting, preferably in a Shared Service or multinational environment.
Audit experienceis strongly preferred, with an ability to apply audit principles to accounting and reporting tasks.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and end-to-endRTRprocesses.
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced skills in MS Excel.
Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and improving processes.
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities effectively.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
