BHD.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, lead and competent in providing efficient financial and accounting services to the JVC's Company and Group in the area of financial accounting, statutory financial reporting, taxation and management reporting to ensure timely reporting and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standards, statutory requirements and policies.
Monitor the preparation of JVC's annual Business Plan and Budget and monitor the budget (OPEX and CAPEX) utilization.
Organize and prepare revenue and expenditure plan, budget planning and verification proposal, financial statements and audit reports that are required to be delivered to the Board and/or shareholder.
Participate in the JVC's decision-making process in respect of contract pricing, remuneration, bonus, welfare policy, significant financial event, business and operations matters etc.
Monitor to ensure the JVC is in compliance with PRC's financial ruling and discipline as well as Board's decision.
Liaise with tax consultant on the Subsidiary's taxation matters, includes planning for the optimisation of tax benefit for the Company.
Review credit assessment/ due diligence assessment on subsidiaries' potential client/partners.
Plan and manage consistent application of PRC finance and tax policies, laws and regulations, setting-up of a standard financial accounting system, checking and reviewing the implementation status of JVC's internal financial management system, so as to ensure the JVC's financial operations meet the requirement of relevant PRC laws and regulations.
Guide finance department to set up and fine tune the financial policy and management system.
Lead and advise the organisational structure, manpower allocation, recruitment, promotion and dismissal etc. of the finance department.
Lead, plan and provide technical expertise to improve financial documentation including the organization, collection and filing of the historical materials, documents, receipts & vouchers and financial statements.
Lead/drive functional/operational committees and provide technical expertise in business and financial improvement process to improve efficiency and productivity.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS :
Possess a minimum Degree in Finance/Accounting/Commerce or equivalent, with minimum 12 years' working experience in the related field.
Member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) or other professional accounting bodies.
Common knowledge on accounting standards and company policies.
Knowledge and experience in Financial Accounting and Reporting, Financial Management, Management Accounting, Taxation / Zakat, Assurance.
Possess general knowledge in insurance, corporate governance, company/business law, government budgeting process.
Ability to proactively reengineer existing processes and provide solutions to issues.
Fluent in MANDARIN LANGUAGE.
Willing to be transferred to HUNAN PROVINCE, CHINA.
