Senior Accounts Executive / Accountant

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the end-to-end accounting & finance functions for company/private accounts, including full set of accounts; timely month end closing.
Responsible for consolidation of accounts; preparation, review & analysis of financial and management reports; yearly budgets; cashflow forecast.
Coordinate tax compliance and dealing with tax agents including Personal & Corporate Income Tax.
Liaising with auditors, bankers, lawyers, other external consultants and relevant government authorities.
Any other tasks to be assigned from time to time.
Maintain proper accounting records and filing system.
Requirements:
Possess minimum Degree in Accounting or professional accounting qualification(s).
Have minimum 8 years relevant working experience in the related field.
Competent in Microsoft EXCEL & WORD.
Working knowledge in computerized accounting software.
Experience in cash flow planning & corporate finance matters would be an added advantage.
Good command of English.
Proficiency in Chinese is preferred for communication with contacts in China and Hong Kong.
