As a Senior Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for truly understanding clients' needs and discovering whether a business can meet those needs.
You will help administer a team to ensure Accounting Superhero's services are delivered timely, on budget, and in accordance with client's standards and expectations.
You will work closely with the Operations team to assist clients in understanding the well-being of their current financial state while consistently adhering to project deadlines laid out by clients.
As the backbone of the Accounting department, you will manage clients' books, meet client expectations, and proactively work to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
You Will Work On:
Administering a team to ensure Accounting Superhero's services are delivered timely, on budget, and in accordance with client's standards and expectations.
Assisting clients to understand the well-being of their current financial state and consistently adhering to project deadlines laid out by clients.
Managing clients' books, meeting client expectations, and proactively working to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:
In charge of all audit jobs - planning, allocation, financial analysis.
Prepare financial statements and management reports.
Review financial statements, tax computation, and work files.
Fulfill the role of controller of accounts for clients.
Review clients' financial accounts.
Liaise with clients and auditors in the preparation of clients' financial accounts.
Preparation of a full set of accounts and audit schedules.
Any other relevant duties assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Accountancy or equivalent, ACCA preferred;
Required language(s): English;
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Financial Accounting - Audit/Taxation or equivalent;
You will be great at this role if you are:
Able to work independently and as part of a team;
Able to meet deadlines;
Have good interpersonal and analytical skills; and
Have strong work ethics.
