Senior Accounts Executive

Handles daily accounting and finance operations of entities assigned by Superior, including checking collections, bank reconciliations, processing invoices for payments, monthly closing, and others.
Liaise with AP and AR functions on month-end close activities to obtain information regarding accruals and similar adjustments, facilitating the review and approval process.
Responsible for preparation, uploading, and posting of journals to the financial system, ensuring all journals are supported by appropriate documentation and approvals, and processed in the correct accounting period, functional currency, and legal entity.
Ensure that all notes to the balance sheet (notes pack) are prepared monthly, with discrepancies and errors identified and rectified.
Ensure that all documentation of month-end close activities are fully supported and approved, with hard copy documentation filed in the appropriate repository for ease of reference.
Attend to all matters related to year-end statutory audits and tax filings in a timely manner and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Participate and assist actively in work automation and new ERP projects, working closely with the team and superior.
Handle the preparation of incentives and other marketing-related payments, ensuring timely payouts.
Carry out ad-hoc assignments as delegated by superior and Senior Management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.
At least 3-4 years of working experience in a related field.
