Job Description Manage and oversee all financial operations, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and preparation of financial reports.Develop and enforce internal financial controls & procedures. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, audit guidelines, and tax regulations.Able to handle the full set of accounts, including book keeping and financial transactions tracking.Maintain records of fixed assets register.Prepare Journal Entries & complete General Ledger operations.To ensure all processing and reconciliation of AR, AP & Bank, as well for other reconciliation.Manage supplier invoices & payments, and customer invoicing & billing.Handling & Monitoring of fund and banking facilities, as well for other treasury matters.Prepare Management & Financial Reporting, Cash Flow Projection & Annual Budget Reporting. To analyze and provide insights and support strategic decision-making. Prepare monthly & yearly Inventory Closing Report.Prepare Audit & Tax schedule and analysis.Computation of company taxation.Responsible for timely SST submission & payment.Responsible for company insurance related matters and liaise with insurance agents.Liaise with external parties including auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers, and government agencies etc.Involved in Year-end audit & stock take activity.Involved in system implementation, work together & liaise with IT & JDE Consultation on system development process and controls.Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to timeRequirement Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance /Accountancy , ACCA Professional Certificate equivalence.Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is requiredFull-Time Position(s) available.Required Skill(s) : Double Entry , Full Set of Accounting , Account Payable , Account Receivable , Treasury , Assets Management , Computer Literate & Proficient with MS Office (MS Excel , power point , word )Demonstrate sound administrative, analytical, organizational, scheduling and prioritizing skills.
