Job Summary:The Senior Accounts Executive is responsible for managing the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (G/L) using SAP. This role involves overseeing financial operations, supporting cost and profitability analyses, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance.Key Responsibilities:Full Set of Accounts Management:
Handle and maintain full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, and G/L, ensuring accurate and timely recording via the SAP system.
Review and verify vendor payments and expense claims to ensure compliance with financial policies.
Cost and Financial Analysis:Perform goods purchase processing and conduct regular cost analysis reporting.
Assist the Finance Manager in conducting cost and profitability analyses as well as performance tracking of essential financial metrics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with various departments to provide financial guidance, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations and support decision-making processes.
Financial Documentation & Reporting:Prepare regular financial reports and documents as required.
Ensure all financial documentation is organized and compliant with internal and external standards.
Ad-hoc Assignments:Support the finance team by undertaking any additional ad-hoc assignments or projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, LCCI, ACCA, or CPA certification.
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in finance or accounting.
Proficient in using the SAP system for financial tasks.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF functions).
Language Skills: Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
