Senior Accounts Executive (Shah Alam)

Responsibilities:
Prepare and ensure timely monthly accounting closing and preparation of financial and management report.
Handle full set of accounts, general ledger, monthly reconciliation of debtor/creditors.
Prepare journal for provision, accruals and charge out before month-end closing of management reporting.
Prepare monthly inter-company reconciliation.
Prepare monthly audit and tax schedules.
Process month-end closing tasks.
Support in any compliance audits and respond to audit queries.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, bank reports, and various analysis reports to relevant parties.
Requirements:
Possess at least Diploma/Degree in accounting or equivalent accounting qualifications i.e.
part ACCA, or graduate in accounting related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and with knowledge of any accounting system.
Preferably with at least 4-5 years of working experience.
Meticulous with figures.
