About the Company A one-stop hub from digital marketing to software development, game development, telesales and customer service, our client accommodate to their clients from various industries such as gaming, e-Commerce, F&B and more.Our client take pride in their ability to comprehend their clients' business models and direction, and subsequently to develop tailored digital solutions.Overview: Our client is a growing B2B company looking for a young, energetic, and dedicated Affiliate Marketing Specialist.In your role as an Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you will need to initiate campaigns to drive the acquisition and conversion of affiliate partners.Job Descriptions: To focus on affiliate acquisitions and conversions, primarily on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google.To develop social media campaigns and brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.Communicating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to effectively devise, structure and deliver marketing strategies.To plan and monitor campaign spending against the budget allocated.Analyse and report audience information and demographics, as well as the success of the social media projects.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms that can enhance the acquisition and conversion process.Job Requirements: Experience: Must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelors Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising/Media, Psychology, or equivalent.At least 2-3 years of experience in strategizing and optimizing paid media strategies on various channels including Facebook/Instagram and other third-party ad platforms.Experience in e-Commerce, or affiliate marketing will be an added advantage.Competencies: Tech savvy and has good knowledge of online marketing tools.Able to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.Able to think out-of-the-box and proactive.Remuneration Consultant in-charge Ken Ng | 019 213 2628 |
