Responsibilities:
Understand user & business needs by identifying business opportunities and defining campaign strategy based on the company's priorities.
Plan and execute mega campaigns for Lazada Malaysia, manage all onsite & campaign assets, and be responsible for mega campaign outcomes.
Consolidate, analyze, and present performance metrics and campaign KPIs, identifying potential opportunities for growth.
Craft solid year-round mega campaign planning by identifying market trends, opportunities, and clearly defining processes of success metrics.
Facilitate mega campaigns by ensuring all campaigns & their assets are presented to the highest standards, keeping customer priorities top of mind.
Work closely with all stakeholders to manage, execute, and oversee campaign & onsite traffic performance.
Deliver ad-hoc requests related to campaign performance to serve business needs.
Job Requirements:
Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders concurrently.
Analytical thinking skills and proven ability for data-driven decision-making.
Project management experience is a plus.
Keen eye for details and creative designs.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and agility with constant changes.
Go-getter attitude.
Experience in business and data analytics tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
